  1. Introduction to Project Management (Day 1-3): In which the concepts of joint management and its importance in achieving project objectives are presented.
  2. Project Planning and Risk Analysis (Days 4-8): Learn how to develop effective project plans and analyze potential risks and how to deal with them.
  3. Resource Management and Allocation (Days 9-14): Skills in managing and allocating resources effectively are developed to ensure the project runs smoothly.
  4. Project Control and Reporting (Day 15-20): Learn how to monitor project progress and prepare the necessary reports to communicate with the team and interested parties.
  5. Communication and coordination (days 21-25): Communication and coordination skills are developed between team members and external parties.
  6. Change and Adaptation Management (Day 26-30): Learn how to deal with sudden changes and adapt to emerging challenges during project implementation.
